ABSTRACT: This article will focus on analyzing some aspects about: the management policy of Malaysian government for the development of private universities in Malaysia; the reality of the teaching staff and the curriculum at these universities currently; and the assessment of opportunitites and threatenesses for development trends of Malaysian private universities.
