Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: In light of the requirements of a transitional economy and international economic integration, accounting is not merely an economic management tool but has grown to become a profession and a professional service. In order to meet the demand and ability to supply the human resources for accounting and finance in the coming time, training institutions are required to continuously renovate their curricula, contents and methods to train accountants. Training programs should be diversified, more flexible and practical. These are the key factors to determine the training quality. This paper focuses on the solutions to improve the quality of accounting training in a more practical way.
