08. The relationship between predictor variables and teacher's satisfaction in managing activities of teaching following by high school curriculum of the continuing education in Ho Chi Minh city

ABSTRACT: Surveyed by questionnaires for 85 educators, 34.12% of whom are administrators and the rest (65.88%) of them are teachers in Continuing Education Centers in Ho Chi Minh City. Descriptive statistics analysis: value %, mean scores (M) and standard deviation (SD) on a 5-point Likert Scale and Pearson Correlation Coefficient between predicted variables (X) and Satisfaction (Y) of teachers in the managing activities of teaching following by the curriculum of the continuing education in Ho Chi Minh City. The provider's personal profile, the analysis of predictor variables and dependent variables, the correlation between predictor variables and teacher satisfaction were analyzed and discussed.
