10. Train and foster to develop capacity for education executive officials to meet the requirements of education reform

During the renovation process and comprehensive basic education towards standardization, modernization and international integration efforts require not only education but also the entire society. In particular, teachers, education managers have important roles since they are the direct force to contribute to the renovation work. Developing capacity for staff education managers and turn them into leaders who truly meet the requirements of education reform in the spirit of Resolution 29. Training and retraining should be conducted regularly, professionally. In particular, to reform training program under the competence approach, the articles below discuss renewal requirements, enhance training quality for education managers and meet requirements of education reform and show some solutions.
