15. The current status of school administration competence in meeting the standards of public preschool administrators at Thu Duc city
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT
The article presents the importance and requirements for school administration competence of preschool administrators. Particularly, based on the criteria specified in Circular 25/2018/TT-BGDDT promulgating the Standard of Principals of preschool education institutions, the article has assessed the current situation of school administration competence of public preschool administrators in Thu Duc city. This is an important practical basis for state management agencies and preschool administrators themselves to implement measures in order to develop school administration competence, contributing to the successful implementation of the preschool education career in the current period.
