10. Applying the change management model of Hellriegel D. and Slocum J. W. to improve teachers’ scientific research competency at the center of foreign languages, University of Information and Technology
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT
Scientific research is one of the basic tasks of universities in Vietnam. The fact shows that scientific research brings great benefits to lecturers in professional work, helps lecturers update advanced knowledge in the world and form a more professional working style. The number of lecturers at Center of Foreign Language, University of Information Technology participating in scientific research is still quite limited. Although the Center has tried to promote this activity, the results have not been good. To manage activities in improving scientific research competence for lecturers of Center of Foreign Language in the current renovation period.
