Applied art is a popular art form, a bridge between beauty and the living environment, brings beauty to life, changes material products, goods designs... day by day to meet the increasing needs of people in the modern living environment. The demand for human resources of designing applied art is therefore increasing. In order to ensure that the output products meet the requirements of employers, the training institutions in general and the applied art training colleges in particular need to analyze human resource needs, recruitment requirements to determining strategic goals, developing appropriate training programs, effective training methods, investing in fostering managers, teachers, and facilities with a key point and focus... they are important issues that determine the sustainable development of each training institution.
