06. Management of training programs at vocational colleges to ensure the quality of training

The quality of vocational training need to meets the criteria and standards of vocational education quality accreditation and meets the needs of the labor market and satisfies commitment to stakeholders as well, such as: (enterprises, learners... ). Training program management is one of the important contents in ensuring the quality of training. With effective tools such as learner surveys, business surveys, program adjustment surveys at vocational colleges are evidences used to analyze and draw accurate conclusions to make the adjustment of the program more accurate. At the same time, the article also presents the advantages and disadvantages in adjusting and managing vocational training programs in order to manage and develop the program at vocational colleges ensuring training quality.
