13. Create working motivation for primary school teachers In the context of education renovation

In order to carry out a fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education in the spirit of Resolution No.29-NQ/TW dated November 4, 2013, we need to renovate many things: contents, programs, textbooks,... among them, improving the teaching quality of the teaching staff plays a very important role. Currently, the teaching staff of primary schools are facing many difficulties from mechanisms, policies, income, allowances, pressure from society and students. It is necessary to create motivation for teachers to have more encouragement and reinforcementso that primary schoolteachers can feel secure to work and have an attachment with their profession.
