13. The need for school counselling of high school students

ABSTRACT

High school students had a higher counselling need on career guidance than secondary school students; On the contrary, secondary school students had a higher counselling need on mental health than high school students. Urban students have a higher counselling need on academic and personal and interpersonal development than rural students. Based on the results of this survey, the study proposes several recommendations to improve the effectiveness of counselling in high schools.
