10. Human resource development meeting the transfer of economic machanism and employment trends in digital era
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT
Economic machanism in Vietnam has transferred from an agricultural economy to an agriculture-industry economy and the trend is to transfer to a developed industrial economy in the near future. With the fact that the labor force is mainly engaged in simple jobs, low technical and professional qualifications, workers are easily falls into unemployment in the movement of economy. Therefore, the development of human resources is an urgent task of the government and departments at present. Through measures to improve competitiveness indicators, practice-based training, focusing on vocational guidance, vocational training, and ensuring financial resources for human resource development, hoping to solve difficulties of the labor market in near future.
