16. Solutions of managing life skill education for pupils in secondary schools in ability-based approach

ABSTRACT:

Management of life skills education in ability-based approach is an important content and lso an important solution in the management of secondary schools. Well organizing in life skills education activities gives good conditions for improving the quality and effectiveness of teachers’ teaching, educating activities and students’ learning, cultivating activities as well. Organizers need to focus on investing every conditions and resources, employing the education and training regulations seriously and rationally to uniformly carry out the whole process of life skills education. Solutions of managing life skills education for students in ability-based approach need to follow the secondary school education goals, they should have specific contents, clear goals and planning, and suitable with learners’ bio-psychological aspects, with conditions of schools.
