13. Developing professional capacity for teachers teaching the cource of local history at Quy Nhon university

ABSTRACT
Currently, implementing the goal of fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education, the pedagogical schools need to develop professional capacity for teachers. For history, reseach and teaching local history have an important role to achieve this goal. This paper examines the theoretical basis, current situation and proposes some measures to improve the quality of teaching in order to contribute to developing professional capacity for history teachers through reality at Quy Nhon University.
