12. Responses of students about services in universities in Vietnam

ABSTRACT
The paper briefly presents studies of assessing quality of services for students through surveying student’s satisfaction in Vietnamese universities, thereby proposes a model of student satisfaction assessment about those services at university. Besides, the article also discusses results of assessing quality of services for students through a survey on the satisfaction of students at some universities in Vietnam, from which propose some recommendations to improve those services.
