13. Factors Affecting the Response of The program of fostering high school managers currently

Topic of Science and Technology at ministerial level “Evaluating the level of responsiveness of training program for general school managers based on decision 382/2012/QĐ-BGDĐT in Southern Vietnam” code B2016- QLH-01 has suggested the common goal which is evaluating the level response of the training program and offered the solutions in order to enhance the response of training program for the need of training for the general school managers. This article discusses the reality of the factors which affect the response of training program as well as the attention from the leaders, teachers and learners, policies, environments, điều kiện môi trường làm việc.
