ABSTRACT: By the methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison and contrast, the system posts the situation of team building Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City school teachers in recent years. Based on the issues raised, the article proposes some solutions to build and develop a team of school teachers in the near future Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City to meet basic innovation, comprehensive education, training and development HRD current period.
