Science and technology in general and information technology in particular, a profound impact on education and training. Effectiveness of the application of information technology in teaching and learning has been proved by the results of the outstanding development of education and training. That confirms the role of information technology for the development of modern education. So, to improve the quality of information technology applications in innovative teaching methods is an essential and fundamental innovations in comprehensive education and training in our country today in the spirit of General Assembly Resolution XII of the Party.
