ABSTRACT: Applying Total quality management (TQM) to have products that meet the needs of customers is a trend for many organizations to have success in manufacturing and giving services. Studying and applying total quality management theories as well as the process of improving products and services given by Juran, Crosby and Deming, this article has offered ways to manage school effectively with a commitment to quality, building culture and improving the relationship of members.
