Human resource development especially human resources with high level, high quality human resources is required of each agency, organization, country in the current period. Essential essay on improving the quality of human resources; At the same time, the policy of human resource development of Ho Chi Minh City Education Management School in the current period as well as development orientation of the University in the future to better meet the requirements. To train and foster the contingent of educators and education administrators, contributing to the fundamental and comprehensive renewal of education and training, especially in the context of the education-oriented reform of the program, high school textbooks, innovation in higher education following the trend of industrial revolution 4.0.
