08. Building the principal team to meet the requirements of education renovation

A Principal is the head, representing the educational unit before the law and is responsible for the operational management of the educational unit. At the requirements of education renovation and international integration, the role of the principal has been confirmed and has higher requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention in building this core team for the successful implementation of the education renovation. On the basic of studying the state management on education, education management, the role of the principals, the author proposes some solutions to build the principal team in order to meet the requirements of radical, comprehensive education renovation in the spirit of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW.
