03. Art education in primary schools in Singapore, lessons learned for Vietnam.

ABSTRACT: Art education is an educational activity that aims at creating understanding, ability to enjoy, practice and create art, contributing to aesthetic education for students to develop their personality and intellect. Using the method of documenary research, the article presents art education in primary schools in Singapore. Thereby, drawing some lessons learned in art education for elementary school students in our country in the context of the current general education innovation.
