ABSTRACT: The industrial revolution 4.0 is creating comprehensive transformations in all aspects of the economy, politics, society, and many smart models are formed in many fields, including education and training. In this article, we would like to focus on presenting and clarifying the smart university governance model in the direction of digital transformation and specific solutions to orient to build, develop and improve capacity the Smart school management to contribute to the creation of human resources to meet the requirements of international integration
