Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: Teaching based on developing students' capacity is an trend of today's education systems. General education in our country has determined "changing an education that is heavy on knowledge to an education that develops quality and capacity". The requirements for the development of students' quality and capacity have been identified in the 2018 general education program.
