ABSTRACT: In the context of international economic integration, the labor market faces many challenges such as technological innovation and expansion of production and business markets. Therefore, the labor market needs a highly educated and skilled labor force. In order to promote the economic development of society, it is first necessary to strengthen the competitiveness of human resources through the improvement of the quality of education and training. Education plays an important role in the training and supply of human resources. According to the trend of educational development, the training program must be closely linked to the requirements of the employer is an indispensable law. The requirements of the employer are expressed through the output standard. Training programs are considered as tools to train human resources for society. The purpose of the article is to show how to tailor the training program to promote learner capacity to meet the learning outcomes. The scope of research is in the aspect of studying the adjustment of university training programs in the direction of integrating necessary skills for learners. The research method combines both theory and practice through the collection of sample samples and surveys and interviews with employers. The results provide some core competencies necessary for the learner and Proposals adding some essential skills to the training program.
