Launching the open magazine publishing system vje.vn according to international standards of Vietnam Journal of Education
This publishing system serves the publishing of Vietnam Journal of Education (ISSN: 2588-1477), Abbreviated as VJE (published in English).
VJE published its first issue in the fourth quarter of 2017. Since the fourth quarter of 2018, VJE has published articles with a publishing structure and process consistent with international scientific publishing standards. In the coming period, VJE will continue to develop to improve quality and international integration.
Some new points in the publishing system, as well as the publishing process on vje.vn:
– To improve reputation and quality, VJE has invited many prestigious domestic and foreign scientists to join the Editorial Board. All scientists on the Editorial Board of VJE have prestigious international publications. Furthermore, VJE invited more people English proofreading is native speaker to coordinate with domestic proofreaders to further improve the quality of English proofreading. – From 2020, VJE illustrated The State Council of Professors calculates score from 0-1.0. Thus, VJE is currently one of the few journals with the highest scores in the field of educational science in Vietnam.
– VJE is open publishing magazine, there are two regular issues a year and maximum two special numbers (for international scientific conferences and seminars). Regular issues will be published before June and December every year and will be published first online.
- On the system http://vje.vn, VJE notifies and stipulates in detail, publicly and clearly criteria related to scientific publishing. In particular, there are some related content research ethics, responsibilities of editors, authors, reviewers; publishing policy, information about publication issues, publishing fees,... – All article manuscripts must be submitted (submit) through the system (Online Manuscript Submission) will only be considered for publication at VJE. To submit an article, the author (contact author) must register and log in to the system, declare each author's information (to ensure transparency requirements, research ethics, etc.) and download the article file. go up. – Articles submitted will receive a response from VJE as quickly as possible. The first feedback is about accepting to send the article for review (within 01 working week from the date VJE receives the article). The second feedback is about refusing to publish (after receiving review results) or accepting to publish (with more or less correction) (within a maximum of 06 working weeks from the date VJE receives the article). The author takes note of the structure of the submitted article to submit it accordingly. Articles that are not structured correctly will be rejected immediately upon receipt. – For Vietnamese authors, VJE still accepts manuscripts written in Vietnamese. After being approved for publication, the author must coordinate with the Education Magazine to translate the final Vietnamese manuscript into English. Authors are encouraged to use the specialized English translation service of Education Magazine to ensure speed and accuracy.
–From 2021, the educational magazine will accept submissions in three manuscript formats: research article (original articles), overview article (reviews, invited by the editor) and article book reviews (introduction, book review). -After registering, authors with a doctorate or higher degree can register to become a reviewer of the journal (in the author profile section). At that time, VJE will invite you to review appropriate articles. Reviewers will receive a nominal review fee, which will be paid when reviewers who are authors contact them for articles published at VJE.
