ABSTRACT
The article focuses on studying and pointing out the model and content of innovative and creative start-up ecosystem. On that basis, the author evaluates the facts, analyzes the causes and proposes orientations and key solutions to support the development of the innovative and creative start-up ecosystem in universities of our country. Research findings are significant in applying to universities today
