ABSTRACT
Intellectual Property Rights is a key driver of intellectual activity and encourages creativity, it is an important legal tool to protect creativity. Therefore, it is necessary to have clear regulations on copyright in order to maximum protect the rights and legitimate interests of the copyright owners - there are some shortcomings that need to be quickly adapted and supplemented in accordance with the world trend, to meet the current integration process.
