19. Managing pedagogial competency training activities for secondary school teachers in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City

This paper presents the survey results on the status of management activities of training pedagogical competency for secondary school teachers in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City on the following aspects: planning of training pedagogical competency for secondary school teachers; organizing of training pedagogical competency for secondary school teachers; directing of training pedagogical competency for secondary school teachers and checking, evaluating activities of traning pedagogical capability for secondary school teachers in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City... Since there, author proposes methods to improve management in training pedagogical competency for secondary school teachers in District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
