07. Issues in developing program of renewing education

ABSTRACT
Over 5 years of birth and implementation of the Resolution No. 29, November 4, 2013 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam in session XI, the 8th meeting, the preparation and implementation of fundamental, comprehensive reforms in education and training have achieved certain results. Developing program is one of such isues but it has a particularly important role in relation to every element of the educational process. Realizing and implementing this element properly or not will determine much of the success of educational renovation.
