02. Study of necessity and feasibility of methods of innovation in managing student affairs in training center of the State Bank
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT
The article mentions to the study of the necessity and feasibility of six solutions from three innovative solutions for managing student affairs at the training organizations of the State Bank. Results of the study show that all six solutions are evaluated by managers at the necessary level with a mean score of 3.4. The most necessary solutions was paid attention and considered are solution related to applying information technology in organizations implementing student affairs management. At the same time, the six proposed solutions are all evaluated at a feasible level, in which the application of information technology in the organization of implementing student affairs management and solutions to improve the organizational structure of The Student Affairs Department is evaluated for the highest feasibility
