09. The Leadership of Vietnamese Communist Party – the factor to decide every achievement of Vietnam People’s Army

This paper examines aspects of the decisive factor in building the revolutionary qualities of the Vietnamese People's Army, namely, the leadership of the Party. The Party has built the nature of working class for the Army, giving the military a clear direction and political stance which are sources of the military's fighting power; Determining the target, the ideal of fighting for the army, creating the motivation for our troops to fight and win; At the same time, the Party has thoroughly grasped the Party's organizational principles in the army with the core contents as the principle of democratic centralism suitable to the military organization, creating strong disciplines for the military forces, and to be the major mainstay for the Army to fulfil Nation’s missions to date
