Therefore, focus on training high quality human resources, fostering talents, developing quality and self-learning capacity, self-enriching knowledge and creativity of learners diversification of specialized training In line with the needs of technology development and the fields and industries, focusing on the problem of supplying human resources is a key issue of theoretical and practical significance.
