ABSTRACT:
Based on the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and the State on the socialization of education in the past time, based on the consideration and evaluation of scientific works and research subjects. Reviewing and reviewing the state management of education and training, the paper proposes a number of solutions to improve the mechanism and policies to create the environment, framework and legal corridor for activities, socialization of education and state management of this activity.
