03. The satisfaction of business administration students with respect to the quality of professional practice

ABSTRACT: This study analyzes the internships of 296 undergraduate students to determine what factors affecting the quality of internship of business students. Six factors with the most affect on academic motivation were "University Support", "Organizational Environment", "University Supervisor", "Academic Preparedness", "Student skills", and "Positive Attitude". These findings provide a basis for designing successful internship programs in business education.
