ABSTRACT
Teachers have a decisive role in ensuring the quality of education. The Party and State of always concerns the training of teachers. However, facing the requirements and challenges while implementing the new general education program, the training of primary school teachers needs to be renewed with appropriate goals, contents and forms. That is the basic content analyzed and presented in this article.
