ABSTRACT
Enrolling counseling is a popular activity in university enrolling nowadays in Vietnam so that training institutions introduce and provide useful information to those preparing for admission. The article affirms the role of university enrolling counseling; analyzes the criteria for choosing a major/training institution of learners; surveys the satisfied level of training conditions between counseling content and actual training; gives some recommendations to promote the effectiveness of the university enrolling counseling nowadays.
