Thu Dau Mot University has achieved many achievements since applying the online system. However, due to the fact that it has only been started for a short time, the implementation of the program still faces many difficulties and frequent incidents that significantly affect the teaching and learning activities. Through a survey of learners about the factors affecting online learning activities, the article clarified the real situation of the picture about factors affecting online learning activities at Thu Dau Mot University, thereby opening the next research direction to overcome the limitations in the process of conducting online learning
