17. Policies to enhance high-qualified human resources of Singapore and suggestions for Vietnam
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT:
Singapore is one among the most successful countries in developing its economy at a fast and sustainable speed based on a well-trained technological human resource, so that its workers. Have enough ability to perceive innovative, modern techniques and technologies. This country offers valuable experiences for other nations all over the world in making effective policies for developing human resources in general and highly-skilled workers in particular in the current context of globalization. This article analyses the experience of Singapore in creating policies for developing its highly-skilled human resources.
