ABSTRACT:
Education and training are considered as the most important national policy to improve level and quality of human resources in Vietnam in general and in Phu Yen province in particular. This article aims to clarify the achievements and shortcomings of education and training in Phu Yen province nowadays. From this, propose the main solution to develop education and training in order to improve the quality of human resources in Phu Yen province in present time.
