ABSTRACT:
Pedagogycal competances of lecturer needs to be clarify in current education trend because it has been effecting directly to the fostering quality teaching policy. This paper illustrates the competances pedagogy of lecturer in teacher training centres and show a structure of lecturer’s pedagogical competences in current education background in Vietnam by theory reseach methodology.
