10. Fostering management skills for vice principals of secondary schools, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

In response to the new requirements, the education management staff at all levels is required to meet the task in the new context. Therefore, the renovation of the fostering for educational managers in general and for the vice principals of schools should be implemented in a systematic way, from goals, contents and programs to fostering methods should be designed in accordance with direction of developing capacity to perform tasks. In the article, we present the concept of management skills, the reality of improving management skills for the Vice Principal. Since then, propose solutions to foster skills for the vice principals of secondary schools.
