ABSTRACT

In the context of comprehensive international integration with changes to current education requires universities to maintain a distinct specially competitive advantage and focus more on innovation, improving non-stop management methods; In particular, when the use of IOT (Internet of things) technology uses digital space to connect and control motion streams to operate the intelligent system during the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which requires more and more indeed change in management. Total quality management (Total Quality Management - TQM) is one of the solutions chosen by many universities around the world to achieve this purpose (Michael, Sower, Motwani, 1997). Universities in general and of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in particular have tended to step by step innovate all activities, especially training activities; system of universities need to be built and consolidated the internal quality assurance and a comprehensive quality management model (TQM) is considered as an appropriate approach, creating a premise for the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City to successfully implement training management innovation. In the event that the Industry 4.0 is present and quickly progress, which contributes to improving the training quality of the Medical and Pharmaceutical schools in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and the whole country in general
