09. Factors affecting to management of scientific research activities of students at universities with multidisciplinary training
Thanh Phuong ABSTRACT: Education and training are the source of high quality workforce and prepare for the next generations’ contingent of scientists of the country. To achieve objectives, universities in general should create favorable conditions and friendly-environment working zone in order to stimulate the lecturers and students to participate in research activities. Each higher education institution will have their own orientations so that help to develop theirs own strengths and so as multi-disciplinary universities. Students’ scientific research activities are known as annual activities, with clearly orientated, and criteria of each school year. However, the implementation process has subjective and objective factors, it is vital to determine influence factors as a measure to put forward practical solutions so thatimprove quality of operation as well as management.
