04. Teachers' teaching capacity in the context of digital transformation of education

ABSTRACT: Digital transformation in education has had a direct and strong influence on higher education. The research paper proposes a theoretical framework to assess the teaching competence of university lecturers in the context of digital transformation, including 6 key competencies: ICT understanding and equipment operation; number processing capacity and creativity in teaching; scientific research capacity on the basis of ICT; ccollaborative communication capacity on the basis of using digital technology; capacity for security and safety in cyberspace; ability to apply digital skills. Analyze and evaluate the current situation of teaching capacity of lecturers in the context of digital transformation in education. From this study, it will be a premise to propose recommendations to develop university lecturers' capacity to meet the changes of digital transformation in education in future studies.
