03. Renovating the training and fostering of teachers and educational dministrators in the context of international integration

ABSTRACT: Today, international integration has been an objective trend, opening up opportunities for countries, including Vietnam, to actively and proactively anticipate new trends in technololy and bring about great achievements in all fields, especially in the field of education and training. In recent years, the training and fostering of teachers and educational administrators in our country has achieved outstanding results, most of which meet and exceed the standards of training qualifications, they are constantly striving to improve in terms of professional capacity, professionalism, and ethical qualities, but also dynamic people who always adapt quickly to the strong development of science and information technology, with the profession of education and training innovation. However, in reality, the quality and structure of the contingent of teachers and educational administrators have not really met the expectations of the society, and even, in some aspects, education has lagged behind the general level of the word. From that situation, we would also propose some solutions to innovate the training, fostering a team of teachers and educational administrators in the direction of standardization, ensuring sufficient quantity and reasonable structure, improve the quality, meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation of education in training in the context of international integration.
